STUDENTS MEET WEEKLY AS A GROUP TO ENGAGE IN HANDS-ON DYNAMIC LEARNING. I’VE DITCHED THE TRADITIONAL VIRTUAL MEETINGS PLATFORM AND MOVED TO DISCORD FOR A FULLY COLLABORATIVE EXPERIENCE! HERE, STUDENTS CAN NOT ONLY ENGAGE DURING THE SESSIONS, BUT STAY CONNECTED IN OUR VIRTUAL COMMUNITY BOARD BETWEEN SESSIONS!

During this weekly one-hour 1:1 coaching session, students receive personalized support to move their learning forward. I act as a strategic partner, helping students troubleshoot technical hurdles and deepen their understanding of lab concepts while translating their lab achievements into standout entries for college portfolios.

Upon completing the workshop, students will receive an innovatED Education Certificate of Completion! This is a great addition to a student’s resume for college or career, or even a LinkedIn profile. Additionally, students can request personalized letters of recommendation to support them in their personal and academic pursuits.
What’s Included
This workshop is all about connecting with yourself. Together we explore important topics related to our emotions, realm of control, and overall wellness. Students in this workshop will leave equipped with tools to keep them balanced and on track during even the most stressful times!
BONUS: For students local to Rhode Island, we will conclude the Lab with an in-person yoga session! Students outside of Rhode Island are welcome to join the yoga session virtually!

Students in this workshop will master core academic subjects through the dynamic, fast-paced lens of social media. The lab is divided into two parts: Lecture & Lab. The first 6-weeks, students dive into the science and art behind what makes content explode online. We will analyze real-world viral trends to uncover the psychology of human behavior, the math behind algorithms and exponential growth, and the history of information revolutions. Students will also dissect popular media to master ELA concepts like persuasion, rhetoric, and compelling narrative structure.
During the lab portion of the program, students put theory into practice. They will craft their own digital narratives, harness skills in video production and photography, and analyze social media data and statistics to optimize their reach—all while navigating the ethics of the modern attention economy. The best part? Students leave the workshop with a strategic portfolio of original digital content! Not interested in your student posting to social media? NO PROBLEM! They will have an opportunity to dive into the lab portion through testing their creations on innovatED Education social media platforms to protect their anonymity . . . student safety and wellness is my top priority!
If they have already taken our Songwriting & AI Music lab, this is the perfect opportunity for them to learn how to take their original music and share it with the world on a viral scale!

Students in this workshop students will learn the art of poetry through song-writing. The lab is divided into two parts: Lecture & Lab. The first 6-weeks, students dive into core content related to poetry and song-writing. We will analyze pop-culture music to identify literary techniques such as metaphor, simile, imagery, alliteration, and repetition to deepen meaning. During the labI portion of the program, students write their own songs and input them into state-of-the-art A.I music production software that brings the song to life with real audio. From there, students have total control over their creative process as they harness their skills with audio engineering to complete transform the audio and make it their own. The best part? Students leave the workshop owning the rights to their very own music!
* If they’d like to take their learning a step further, enrolling in the GO VIRAL! lab will teach them how to take that music and share it with the world on a viral scale!
